The Pajados vineyard is the premier cru terroir of Tibor Gál’s estate. Kadarka also grows on the mostly south- and southwest-facing spot, on rhyolite tuff subsoil. Following the spontaneous fermentation, the wine rests in tanks, then it is bottled unfined afterwards. The palate is fresh and thirst-quenching with sour cherry, cherry and Kadarka’s typically restrained spiciness.
