Following the manual harvest, it was spontaneously fermented in tanks for six months, then it was bottled unfiltered, with low sulphur content. It’s a thick Kadarka with the variety’s red berries, taut acids and pleasantly soft tannins. It’s a really pleasurable wine that’s worth chilling a little before opening.
