A ripe, rich Pinot Noir from the Síkhegy vineyard. After handpicking, it underwent spontaneous fermentation and was aged for 12 months in used barrels. Bottled unfiltered and unfined to preserve the wine's qualities. The palate is fresh, lively and fruity, with notes of sour cherry, chocolate and thyme.
