After so many prize-winning and sought-after Bikavérs, there’s no question that St. Andrea's selection and credo is based on blends, on the excellent balance developed from many elements and complex combinations. However, the picture would not be complete without the refreshing exceptions, so in 2021, the favourite of many, Pinot Noir, was made in its purest form. The controlled fermentation in tanks was followed by five months of ageing in used barrels. Aromas of the lighter red fruits typical of the variety on the nose, which continue on the lively palate, with its fresh acidity.
