St.Andrea’s important single-vineyard wine, made from the rich and compact raw material of a drought-dominated vintage, from the same vintage that brought really high points to the estate for the first time.
It has a warm and thick character, even on the appearance. The same is true about the sour cherry, deeply spicy aromas, with pure fruit at the core. Blackcurrant, pine wax and chocolate notes. The palate is dense, zesty and original. Alongside the other St. Andrea wines, here we can find an extra layer that makes it a touch rustic. This remind us where we are: in a volcanic vineyard of a northern wine region. The flavours of a big wine that is planned for the long run, dustiness and subtle oak on the finish.
