St. Andrea’s iconic Bikavér from the marine sediment and limestone of the Nagy-Eged vineyard. The blend consists of 45% Kékfrankos, 28% Merlot, 21% Cabernet Franc and a bit of Syrah. Thanks to 16 months of barrel ageing, it features incredibly vivid and deep aromas of black and red berries, black cherry, red plum and sour cherry. Ground black pepper and fine clove round out the profile. Plum, sour cherry and black cherry in perfect ripeness on the palate. Completely harmonious, an extremely substantial wine with an endless finish and serious ageing potential.
