Kékfrankos, Pinot Noir and Merlot from the clay, brown forest soil of the Eger wine region, harvested manually. It’s a juicy, vibrant pink wine with intense fruit aromas of strawberries, raspberries and crunchy red cherries. The palate has bright acidity, flavours of red berries and grapefruit.
The story of György Lőrincz and his family is a two-decade-long success story, during which they went from being a small winery to becoming an icon of the wine region, with international awards, a restaurant, a wine bar and emblematic wines. The Egerszalók winery focuses on local varieties and the terroir.
