A Grand Superior single-vineyard Bikavér (Bull’s blood) from the tuff-clay soil of the Hangács vineyard. It is the blend of five grape varieties (Kékfrankos, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Kadarka) fermented in open vats and tanks, aged for 16 months in 500-litre barrels. Ripe nose, warm tone, sour cherry, blackcurrant. Behind all that, there’s creamy sweetness and forest floor. Medium-bodied with long, zesty acids and elegant tannins.
