"“We are not rosé specialists. The aim was to make a delicious wine that expresses Eger. Thanks to the vintage, we had riper fruit, thus we have a more substantial, flavoursome rosé.” – György Lőrincz.

The winery’s two typical varieties (Pinot Noir and Kékfrankos) were harvested from several vineyards, from volcanic-based, clay soil. Owing to the vintage, the fuller and riper than average fruit was briefly given skin contact after destemming, then the gently pressed juice was complemented with the thicker must taken from the red wines. Following the brief settling, it was put into temperature-controlled tanks, in which a short ageing followed the fermentation. Great balance and depth, modest alcohol, alongside the ripe fruits and heaps of flavours."
