A Syrah for lovers of the classic style. After fermentation, the wine was aged for 20 months in second-fill barrique barrels, followed by long bottle ageing. After opening the bottle, it is worth letting the wine breathe for half an hour, in which case the aromas open to become intensely spicy, with pepper, earth, leather and plums. The palate is silky and round, with blueberries and the continuation of the spices.
