A sparkling wine made from the Királyleányka grape variety, made via the Asti method, thanks to the Kárásztelek cellar in Transylvania. The essence of the method (in brief) is that fermentation takes place in a closed tank at a controlled temperature. Meanwhile, the carbon dioxide released is ‘trapped’ in the wine, leaving it gently sparkling. Linden blossom and floral notes, with vibrant acidity, light alcohol and a few grams of residual sugar rounding out the flavours. The palate is very lively, with pleasant, melting bubbles that make it truly vibrant.
