Rosé has a significant tradition at this winery. This lively, fresh and fruity rosé is made from their two most important red grape varieties: Kèkfrankos (62.5%) and Pinot Noir (37.5%). After quick processing, the must is macerated on the skins for two hours, then it begins fermentation in cooled tanks with selected yeasts. After a few weeks of ageing, it is bottled to preserve the fresh, fruity notes as much as possible.
