Chief winemaker Sándor Mérész is one of the best Hungarian experts of the grape variety. Experimentation has been going on for many years, one of the cornerstones of which is the blending of the clones that match a given lime content and grapes harvested from rootstock varieties that change each square metre. Thanks to this, the wine, which is made in the same quality in almost every vintage, is now a stable representative of the variety. True to the Old World style, it has notes of elderberry, white flowers, citrus fruit and green herbs on the zesty palate.
