Every year, this fresh and crispy Irsai Olivér from Bálint Csanádi’s estate in Császártöltés is launched as one of the first heralds of the new vintage. Keeping the primary aromas in mind, it is made with cold fermentation and short skin contact. Notes of grape blossom, orange, rose, lychee, citrus and muscat.
