A rosé from Balaton-felvidék (Balaton Uplands), from a well-proven blend of Kékfrankos (67%) and Pinot Noir (33%), hand-harvested at several different times. Spontaneous fermentation was followed by 8 months of ageing in stainless steel tanks. The nose reveals the familiar notes of wild strawberry, rosehip and floral hints, while the palate shows restrained red berries, strawberry and raspberry. It’s not overpowering, but elegant and mineral, with every sip evoking the Balaton summer.
