Young Pinot Noir vines, September harvest, lengthy maceration after sorting and destemming, aiming for a deeper colour. The free-run juice was fermented in used, 500-litre barrels for 3 months slowly and quietly, then it continued to age in the same place for half a year. It has lively aromas of blue fruit, an intense colour and a vibrant volcanic character.
