The Syrah harvested from the 17-year-old vines of Barnatanya is one of Attila Gábor Németh’s most characterful wines. The grapes were fermented in open vats, followed by a brief period of barrel ageing. The nose shows spicy, smoky tones, with hints of bay leaf and black olive. The palate is full yet vibrant, with the acidity and tannins poised in fine balance.
