A special, small-batch sweet wine from the Cserepes vineyard in Gyöngyöspata. The shrivelled grapes from this 0.3-hectare plot were harvested on October 15 with 28° must weight. After destemming and crushing, the must was kept on the skins for one day, followed by gentle pressing and settling, then spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks. Pale yellow colour, with an oily appearance in the glass. The nose reveals Muscat perfume, white flowers, tropical fruits, elderflower and lime peel. On the palate, it’s rich, full and voluptuous yet well-structured – the sweetness is beautifully balanced by the vibrant acidity. Only 958 bottles were made.
