Biodynamic cultivation, a low yield per vine and volcanic subsoil. Two-thirds was pressed in whole bunches, then after settling it was fermented spontaneously in barrels and one-third was fermented within the berries and on the skins. The component parts were aged in barrels for eight months on fine lees. Honey-linden aromas, lively acids and nice minerality on the mouth-filling palate.
