The first such Juhfark at the Botts was made in 2015 – it was fermented on the skins for two weeks, then it was put into black Riesling bottles and the name Vinculum put on the label. It met with great success. Now, we can taste the same variety, made in nearly the same way, but in a much more sophisticated style. Rich aromas, lingering flavours, a slowly transforming wine from the exciting Hungarian variety. It was bottled with some fine lees, minimal sulphur, unfiltered and unfined.
