The Öreg-hegy vineyard in Muzsla, biodynamic, natural winemaking: Bott's wines exhibit an exciting and unmistakable character, which also permeates the 2022 Riesling. Whole-cluster pressing and spontaneous fermentation, 10 months of barrel ageing, then unfiltered bottling, without added sulphur. Opalescent appearance, honey-yellow colour, with greenish notes, aromas of green tea, Williams pear and yellow plums, with apple compote, green apple, subtle barrel spices, nutmeg and seeds. Vibrant acidity, white pepper and lime on the palate, with pleasant grip. Complex flavours, an eclectic experience.
