A classic Lipovina (Hárslevelű) in true Bott style: whole-bunch pressing, spontaneous fermentation, followed by 10 months of ageing in used barrels, and finally bottled unfiltered with minimal added sulphur. Beautifully unfolding and impressively layered, with aromas of pear, peach, tea and herbs, complemented by notes of pollen, honeycomb and a subtle touch of leather.

The appearance is cloudy, the palate exciting, with reflected aromatic notes supported by lively acidity, fine tension and great length. A multifaceted wine that rewards time and attention.
