The wilder-flavoured version of Frigyes Bott’s finely polished Burgundy-style reds with the new wine notes of whole-bunch fermentation, biteable, juicy flavours, fresh acidity, and a light palate. It includes both the rustic quality of simple ‘table reds’ and the detail-richness of big wines. “With this one, we want to give an experience, a richness of flavours and fewer variety or place of growth notes.
