The Just Enjoy Red is like the Botts’ 10-hectare biodynamic vineyard in Muzsla: it’s natural, full of life and always good to be in its company. 2023 was a particularly favourable year for this wine, and the early harvest returns on the fresh, lively palate. The 100% destemmed Kékfrankos is macerated for 6-7 days, and after spontaneous fermentation, the ageing is completed in used barrels 7 months later. It is bottled unfiltered and unfined, yet, with the elegance of the winery. Lively aromas, vibrant acidity, unripe sour cherries and raspberries in the glass.
