A Riesling-led blend, supplemented by Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Blanc. The winery's ‘estate wine’ is an unfiltered, unfined, finely polished natural wine that is aged on lees in barrels. Aromas of tea and jasmine flower, while the palate is thick with citrus, peach and green apple.
