The variety’s fourth vintage. The formula is slightly different in the case of the Sauvignon Blanc than with other single-varietal wines: longer skin contact is skipped here, so that the wine has a lighter, fresher feel. The biodynamically cultivated grapes from Muzsla are spontaneously fermented, before the unfiltered bottling, with low sulphur. Instead of the uniform varietal character, this wine follows the unique style and flavours of Frigyes Bott.
