Based on Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, complemented by a little Olaszrizling and Viognier. The varieties were harvested separately, selected through optical sorting, gently pressed and fermented in 500-litre barrels. Malolactic fermentation and regular stirring of the lees contributed to the final result being a rich blend with serious mouthfeel. Ripe fruit, a creamy and buttery texture. A complex yet approachable wine.
