Based on Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, complemented by a touch of Sauvignon Blanc, Olaszrizling and Riesling. The varieties were harvested separately, selected with an optical sorter, gently pressed and aged for 8 months in used 500-litre barrels. Malolactic fermentation and regular lees stirring also contributed to the result being a rich blend with substantial depth. Ripe fruit, a creamy and buttery texture, forming a complex yet approachable wine.
