“We started out with a lot of varieties, out of which the Riesling evidently became the jackpot,” says Zsolt Liptai. “I most often open up Rieslings at home, too, and for me there is nothing higher than the Priors that have been put away for three years. It’s a proper variety that knows its job, even its offshoots grow straight in the vineyards,” he adds. The new vintage of Prior doesn’t disappoint either.
