A pristinely pure Sauvignon Blanc made from the grapes of the Széldomb and Tavaszó vineyards. The soils and the mesoclimates of the two areas are different, and the harvesting took place at different ripening phases. After destemming and optical sorting, the grapes were soaked in a cooled environment, then the cleaned must was fermented in tanks, partly with skin contact, and the wine was rested on fine lees for two months. It’s a ripe, intensely fruity white wine with passion fruit, elderberry and delicate green, freshly cut grass notes.
