A pristinely pure Sauvignon Blanc from vines older than 20 years in the Széldomb and Tavaszó vineyards. The soil and mesoclimates of the two areas are different, and the harvest took place at different stages of ripeness. After destemming and optical sorting, the grapes were cold-soaked, then the clarified must was fermented partly on the skins in tank, and the wine rested on fine lees for two months. Ripe, tropical fruit character, passion fruit, elderflower and gooseberry, with rich, creamy notes.
