The nouveau wine from the Pannonhalma Archabbey has arrived – fragrant, fresh, and lively, the first sip of the year from Pannonhalma. The 2025 St. Martinus is a blend of 45% Királyleányka, 30% Pinot Blanc and 25% Gewurtztraminer – the tried-and-tested recipe in a new balance, with the fresh energy of the vintage.

Lively and rich on the nose: flowers, juicy pear, white-fleshed fruits and the spicy aromas of Gewurtztraminer. Full and creamy on the palate, with vibrant acidity and a few grams of residual sugar that nicely round out the wine. Easy to love, fresh, and cheerful, perfectly expressing the clarity and harmony characteristic of the Pannonhalma style.
