Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc backbone, complemented by a touch of Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. The varieties were harvested separately, selected by optical sorting, then pressed gently and fermented in 500-litre barrels. Both malolactic fermentation and the regular stirring of the lees contributed to creating this rich blend with serious mouthfeel. Ripe fruit, creamy and buttery texture, a complex but also easy to understand wine.
