Tihany black grapes, a local variety, volcanic soil, organic cultivation, hand-harvested fruit, spontaneous fermentation and ageing in the tank on fine lees. Made purely from Zweigelt. The palate is deliciously fruity, detailed, multi-flavoured and characteristic. This is possibly the best Tihany Rosé made yet.
