In 2018, the Tihany Rosé, the joint wine of Dávid Bökő and Attila Tálos (our colleague, the founding owner of Bortársaság) debuted as a real pioneer. The local varieties, the proximity of the water, the Tihany black grape tradition and the volcanic soil all came together when the idea of Provençal-style rosé was born. Since then, the basic steps have not changed – organic cultivation, spontaneous fermentation, ageing on fine lees – only the style of the vintages has changed. In 2023, for the first time, Dávid harvested exclusively Kékfrankos from the Ráta vineyard, behind Sajkodi Bay, and this time a rosé with a more substantial salmon colour and style was created.

After half a year of ageing, it was bottled at the beginning of April.
