A crowd favourite. Among the three varieties, Imre has made the most vibrant wine from Sárgamuskotály, which is also the smallest batch and the last year it was produced independently. The aromas are pristinely pure and appealing, with a floral character, lots of fruit and a touch of subtle minerality. The vinification has remained unchanged for many years: tried-and-trusted methods, local knowledge, fine-tuning to the extreme, and slow, manual work above everything. A small batch, from just 0.04 hectares.
