The Gewürtztraminer from the two-tenths of a hectare parcel next to the house, which Imre and his family always keep an eye on, is well-known to them, in fact they are familiar with every vine. Rich and lively aromas of grape blossom, then a substantial palate that moves slowly, with long-lasting flavours. The vinification has remained unchanged for many years: tried-and-trusted methods, local knowledge, fine-tuning to the extreme, and slow, manual labour above everything else. Among the three varieties, this is the ripest. Deep flavours, minerality and dense mouthfeel. A small batch, from just 0.16 hectares.
