Made from organically cultivated, hand-harvested grapes grown on basalt soils, this wine underwent tank fermentation followed by 6 months of ageing. Rich, layered aromas and flavours, with linden blossom, grape flower, propolis and peach notes, backed by vibrant acidity and finishing with Somló’s signature saline minerality. Varietally pure, utterly pleasurable and enjoyable.
