The raw material that was selected from basalt soil was pressed in whole bunches, then 60% of the fresh must was fermented and aged for eight months in steel tanks, with 40% aged in large used barrels. Somló’s typical stony, slightly waxy Juhfark aromas with flowers and citrus fruit, white-fleshed stone fruit and citrusy acidity on the palate, with a lingering salty finish.
