It was discovered during the first virgin harvest of the vines in the Frettner vineyard, which had been planted as Pinot Noir, that something was mixed up: white bunches, more precisely Pinot Blanc, appeared on the vines. It was a fortunate coincidence, because this juicy, delicately cloudy natural white has been one of our favourite wines from the winery for years. Forest soil mixed with slate, biodynamic cultivation and green rows. After the manual-harvest, sorting and processing, it was fermented spontaneously in large barrels in which it was also aged for another 11 months. White-fleshed peach, pollen, lime and apple cider vinegar mix on the nose, while the palate is oily, thick and refreshing at the same time.

The wine was bottled unfiltered and unfined, locally at the cellar, with minimal added sulphur.
