The Heimann Bikavér (i.e. ‘Bull’s blood’) is built on the most important Szekszárd varieties, not on international varieties. Kékfrankos plays an important role with its aromas, flavours and acidity, as does the selected crop of the Kadarka experiments. Spicier, fresher aromas with red and black fruit, vibrant structure.
