More than a rosé, less than a red – this is siller. Zoli Heimann Jr is putting increasing energy into this category, aiming to create a very fruity, juicy and easy-drinking wine. The blend is 2/3 Kékfrankos pressed as rosé and 1/3 whole-bunch Kadarka. Spontaneously fermented in tanks with whole bunches, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation and a few months of ageing in tank. The result is a juicy, flavourful palate, bursting with fruit and freshness.
