Every step is carried out by hand in the vineyard, from canopy management to harvesting and bunch selection. The winery’s hallmark is its estate-grown wines from premium sites: plots in the Iván Valley, Porkoláb Valley, Bödő and Bati Kereszt vineyards. Spontaneously fermented with whole bunches in tank, then aged for just 4 months in the same concrete vats as used for fermentation. Bursting with vibrant fruit (cherry, violet), layered with spices, and finishing with a herbal touch.
