One of the winery’s signature blends originating from the mid-2000s, which is only made in exceptional vintages. This wine is made from Cabernet Franc and Sagrantino grapes, from the Bati-kereszt vineyard. The varieties were fermented separately, in tanks and wooden vats, before ageing in large barrels for 18 months, followed by extended bottle maturation. Ripe and dried black berry fruit notes. Blackberry, plum, ripe tannins and vanilla. Incredibly layered, with a pronounced and spicy character, astonishing depth and outstanding ageing potential.
