The Heimanns’ lighter, fruity red wine made with a Kékfrankos base, accompanied by the Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Portugieser, Tannat and Sagrantino varieties. It was fermented in tanks, wooden and concrete vats, then half of it was aged in tanks, the other half in 300-litre barrels. It has a fruitier feel besides the oaky spiciness, with lots of red fruits, subtle tannins, and a complex, ripe, round palate. It’s easy to love.
