The harvest fell on September 3-4, and by the 11th, the grapes had already been pressed. With minimal maceration, the wine remained light, then continued ageing on fine lees in cool stainless steel tanks. The 2024 vintage marks a turning point for the estate in a couple of ways: it was the first vintage in which Kadarka became the dominant variety; and the first certified organic vintage.
