There’s no question that Sauli Kadarka is the most highly sought-after wine of the estate. Still, if János Márkvárt Jr could make only one wine, this would undoubtedly be it. He prefers it as fresh as possible, especially in May. “I managed to catch Kadarka at just the right moment,” he said a few days after the harvest.
