“One of a kind” – it could be said about this Kadarka that was made in 2020 for the first and probably the last time at the cellar. A real layered style made from Kadarka, semi-sweet, with botrytis. In the lower half of the rows running up and down the Porkoláb Valley, Miklós left some of the bunches outside, which started to shrivel. The thick raw material was macerated for a long time, and after pressing, it was aged for a year in barrels. Nothing but a little sulphur was added to it before it went into the small bottles. 
It's a speciality that can be aged for a long time.
