These are the first things that come to mind when we think of the Lajvér estate. This variety brings with it the purest, most characteristic flavours of the variety: spice, rosehip and red berries. After hand-selection, it was fermented in chilled tanks, then matured for half a year on fine lees in Flexcube tanks.
