The Lajvér's elegant and matured rosé was made in 2023 by blending Syrah and Pinot Noir in a ratio of two-thirds to one-third. Outbidding the previous vintage, thanks to the Syrah, the nose is even more lively now, with spicy, slender notes of cut grass that are almost reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc. The appearance and the technology follow the Provence style, the cold soaking is followed by settling, then controlled fermentation in tanks and four months of ageing. The palate is broad, elegant, with citrusy acidity, and a long and clean palate.
